Smart Specialisation and Technology Transfer as Innovation Drivers for Regional Growth

The Joint Research Centre of the European Commission and the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of EU are organizing a high-level conference on 3-4 May 2018 in Sofia (Bulgaria) titled Smart Specialisation and Technology Transfer as Innovation Drivers for Regional Growth. The event will provide an opportunity for institutions and businesses to discuss smart specialisation, technology transfer and digital economy as a priority for Europe, with a focus on South-east Europe, including the Western Balkans.
