TSG 2 thematic workshop on Masterplan for transport
Members of Transport Sub-Group of the Thematic Steering Group of Pillar 2, “Connecting the Region”, coming from Croatia, Greece, Italy and Serbia have met in a thematic workshop held in Rome on March 20th, discussing the potentials of a Masterplan of Transport for the Adriatic and Ionian Region.
Contributions on the basis of the respective National Strategic Plans have been presented and discussed by representatives of the Ministries of Transports, including the regional level for Italy, together with the first preliminary inputs concerning possible new project proposals of macro-regional relevance.
The next TSG2 scheduled in Italy at the beginning of May will mark an advanced operational step forward to take decisions on development of a Masterplan of Transport for the Region, and on new EUSAIR labelled projects.
