Council of Europe awarded grant to Cultural Routes of EUSAIR
Routes4U, a joint programme of the Council of Europe and the European Commission DG REGIO, awarded grants to six Cultural Routes that contribute to the EU macro-regional strategies.
In the case of the EU Strategy for the Adriatic-Ionian region (Pillar 4 Sustainable Tourism), the awarded Cultural routes are Phoenicians’ Routes and the Routes of the Olive Tree.

The Routes4U was set up to foster regional development in the Adriatic-Ionian, Danube, Baltic and Alpine macro-regions through Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe.
