This Call for Proposals is entirely funded by the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II).
It is implemented in accordance with the applicable rules of the Creative Europe programme and the relevant work programme.
Organisations wishing to apply for Cultural Cooperation Projects in the Western Balkans “Strengthening cultural cooperation with and competiveness of cultural and creative industries in the Western Balkans” EACEA 39/2019 are invited to submit applications online to the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency in Brussels.
