DESIGNING THE FUTURE TOGETHER!
A Community-Based Participatory Planning Process
An innovative action is going on today at the slovenian coast! 2.24 km long roll of paper is spread along the road, the visitors can draw, write or otherwise design the future of space.
Local stakeholders were encouraged to participate in the process of regulating the public space through active participation. Organiser wanted to raise awareness about the possibility of co-creating the public space, get proposals for spatial planning and promote active citizenship.
The nal products will be collected in an analysis and will be sent to the coastal municipalities.
The event is held within the Mediterranean Coast and EU Macro-regional Strategies Week, it is just one among many events held between 18 - 28 September 2018 at Slovenian Coast. In order to get a full picture check out video SEE MY SEA.
