Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced a call for proposals under the grant scheme for the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, FYROM, Montenegro and Serbia). Among others, the grant scheme aims at supporting regional/cross-border cooperation.
