EU Initiative BlueInvest Opens Call for Blue Economy Start-ups and SMEs

BlueInvest is an EU initiative that provides access to finance and investment readiness for start-ups, SMEs and fast-growing companies in blue economy sectors.
 
Their call for applications for their Blueinvest Readiness Assistance Programme is open until 15 December. This is a tailor-made advisory programme designed to deliver business impact for up to 15 companies in each cycle. It is aimed at sustainable EU SMEs seeking investment or looking to expand into new markets. The selection criteria are being based in the EU, having a technology level of TRL 4 or above and, of course, having a strong sustainable blue economy solution. Selected companies will be assigned a marketing and investment advisor and will be presented to interested investors and potential business partners.
